distance from the M3 motorway, Odyssey Arena and H&W cranes.
From Sydenham Bypass
Head northeast on A2/Sydenham Bypass
Turn right toward A2/Sydenham Bypass
Turn right at A2/Sydenham Bypass
Take the exit on the right toward Dee St
Turn left at Dee St
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Sydenham Rd
Turn right at Old Channel Rd
Old Channel Rd turns right and becomes Queen's Rd
From the A1/M1
Join the A12 Westlink. At the end of the Westlink follow the signs onto the M3 (Bangor). Exit M3 onto Queen's Island. Turn left at the lights onto Sydenham Road. Old Channel Rd turns right and becomes Queen's Rd

Head northwest toward A1/Donegall Square N
Slight right at A1/Donegall Square N
Continue on A20/Chichester St
Turn left at A24/Victoria St
